1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OopsBot platform (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. What We Provide

OopsBot is an AI-powered QA automation platform that provides the following:

  • Processing of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and specifications

  • ⁠AI-driven test case generation

  • Document upload and processing capabilities

  • Project management and organizational tools A token-based usage system for AI operations

    Your access includes:

  • A web-based dashboard and user interface

  • Document upload (PDF, DOCX, TXT, JSON up to 10MB)

  • AI-powered test case generation

  • Project management and test case organization

  • Export functionality (multiple formats)

  • API access via MCP (Model Context Protocol)

3. Token-Based Usage System

Token Allocation:

  • New users receive 10 complimentary tokens

  • Tokens are consumed for AI-powered test case generation

  • Tokens reset daily at 12:00 AM IST (Indian Standard Time)

  • Additional tokens may be purchased through our payment system

Usage Limits:

  • Rate limiting applies to document uploads and API requests

  • Maximum file size: 10MB per document

  • ⁠Batch uploads are limited to a maximum of 10 files


4. Account Authentication

Supported Methods:

  • Email and password registration

  • ⁠Google OAuth integration

  • Password reset via One-Time Password (OTP)

  • Email verification for new accountsWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if these rules are violated.

Account Security:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

  • Security scanning and content validation measures are implemented

  • Failed login attempts are monitored and rate-limited

5. Third Party Integrations

  • Integration tokens are encrypted and stored securely

  • You maintain full control over connected services

  • ⁠Disconnecting a service removes all stored integration data

  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) service is available for automation

  • API tokens can be generated and managed via your dashboard

  • API usage is subject to the same rate limits and token consumption rules

6. Your Content & Data Storage

  • You retain all rights to uploaded documents and generated content

  • Documents are stored securely using encrypted cloud storage

  • ⁠Content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service

  • You may delete your content at any time

  • ⁠Documents are processed using AI to generate test cases

  • Content is chunked and indexed for semantic search

By uploading documents, you grant OopsBot a limited license to process and store them solely to provide the Service. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious, harmful, or infringing content

  • Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the platform

  • Share your account credentials or enable unauthorized access

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Exceed rate limits or bypass usage restrictions

Content Security:

  • ⁠Uploaded content is scanned for potential security threats

  • Malicious content will be rejected and logged

  • Potential security risks are monitored and addressed

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” with:

  • Best-effort for 99.9% uptime and performance

  • Planned maintenance with advance notice

  • Emergency maintenance with notice as required for security or stability


9. Payment and Billing

Token Purchases:

  • ⁠Additional tokens are available for purchase

  • ⁠Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment system

  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Coupon System:

  • ⁠Promotional codes may be provided

  • ⁠Coupons are single-use per account

  • Discount terms will be specified at the time of use

10.Data Export and Portability

You may export your data, including:

  • Generated test cases in multiple formats

  • Document metadata and project information

  • An export history, which is tracked for your records


11. Account Management
Profile Management:

  • ⁠Update username, email, and password

  • View token balance and usage history

  • Manage connected integrations

  • Access user activity logs

    Account Deletion:

  • You may request account deletion at any time

  • All associated data will be permanently removed

  • Export your data prior to deletion if necessary


12. Intellectual Property
All platform code, designs, and AI models are the exclusive property of OopsBot and are protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written permission.
13. Privacy and Security
Data Protection:
•⁠ ⁠We employ comprehensive security measures •⁠ ⁠User activity is logged for security monitoring purposes •⁠ ⁠Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy •⁠ ⁠Security events are actively monitored and logged
14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. OopsBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
